You're on private property, you abide by their rules, that's why I can't carry in an establishment with 30-06 signs. If one guy yelling distracts those officers, they need another job.

Everyone should question authority. How else would it be held accountable if everyone accepted anything someone with a badge or office said was law?

    Damn...................

Private property has nothing to do with it. If the public has access to said property, it is considered "public" as far as application of the law. That's why you can get a PI in a bar.

You really need to think these things through.......

If you can read this thank a teacher. If it's in English thank a soldier.

          • He was a moron for jacking with the cops, nothing good will come from that. He was also a moron for leaving his windows down so his dog could get out. That guy got what he was looking for, trouble.

He was badgering officers and engaging them. Contrary to what you believe, you can't just say "anything" you want. You can't yell "fire" in a theater when there is no fire, you can't make threats, you can't distract an officer from his job, etc.......

Apparently, by Kalifornia law, his actions were an offense and therefore arrestable.

But, no explanation is going to satisfy you, because you've devoted your entire life to questioning and criticizing authority.

No sir. I've had 2 mojitos in the last few months. I'm not a drinker.
Did not know badgering people in public falls under the "fire" rule. Also didn't know yelling to a cops that are half a block away is considered "engaging."

              • Looks like they're a little over 4 car lengths...hardly half a block.

                • Who cares if badgering cops is against the law or not. Common sense says you don't yell or provoke people if you want to stay out of trouble.

Which is why cops ask to speak to you outside if you're drunk so they can pop you with that

Who cares if officers shoot your dog because they don't like it. Or arrest you because they don't like your shirt. Who cares if cops arrest people for NOT breaking a law? I mean, they have absolute right to arrest anyone they want for any reason they decide no matter what the law states

Like I said before, I can't justify or explain the arrest, so either live with it or seek explanation elsewhere.

I wasnt law enforcement, but my training said, Deadly force was authorized when an individual displayed: Opportunity, Capability and Intent. Legally, a dog is considered a deadly weapon, so he fulfills Opportunity and Capability. Due to the fact that I cant understand what he is saying, I cannot say with conviction that he displays intent. But when you meet 2 of 3 billets for a bullet, you're flirting awfully close to a line a smart person wouldn't play with.

You are missing the point. Only a moron puts themselves in that situation. You sound like one of those morons that would though.
