I'm gonna stop by, video record you, and harass you at the same time to see what you do about it.

And I've seen your temper. Don't you dare say it would not bother you.
Sure thing bro, and when I come over to harass you for doing it, I'm going to assault you, arrest you without cause, then blow your fucking dog's brains all over the sidewalk. Sound like a deal? Sound like something you to be a part of?

Armed or not does not negate the presence of a threat.
Shooting a guy's dog and arresting him is nipping it in the bud?

Why didn't they ask him to secure his dog properly once he was in custody? Why'd that one cop stick his hand out? That just made the situation worse. It's not like it was fully charging at them before it was killed. The owner seemed to keep it at bay when it first got close to them. Granted all the yelling didn't help but it didn't have to end that way had the officers done their job right to begin with; tell the guy to get back in his car in the beginning of the video.
Looked like the cop stuck out his hand so the dog could smell him. You know, like everyone does as they meet a new dog....

What temper? I'm just seeing if you are down for getting handcuffed and physically assaulted without being able to defend yourself, while I scatter your dog's guts on the grass.

I'm pretty sure you won't stand there and do it though...

If the guy wouldn't have made it a point to video and challenge the officers by asking them "where the black cops at?" and then claiming this was a "civil rights violation", then nothing would have happened.

I have no idea why he was arrested, but laws vary from state to state.

Contrary to what nutjob Stevo says, the officers did NOT assault the black guy.

The dog did attack, so I'm not going to crucify the shoot.

This ALL boils down to the guy poking the lion in the cage. Again.

How many times have we seen this happen? Play stupid games...

The radical temper you have displayed time and time again.

Keep your dog restrained and it won't happen. Simple.

usually a cop's "work enviroment" is a public place, so not the same as coming onto private property and recording someone.

I'm pretty sure not many people have stuck out their hand to a huge Rot that is growling and snapping at them while it's owner is being assaulted nearby.

Detaining the instigator until there job is done is nipping it in the bud. Shooting the dog is the byproduct of the owner not securing his dog before/after challenging officers who are conducting public duties.

I've had many dogs growl at me as i let them sniff me. I guess I wasn't assaulting their owner... Should the cop just have accepted it as fate? If he decided to taze a dog of that size instead, would you have jumped on him and tied him up? I sure as fuck wouldn't have.

So, you are saying that you would have felt comfortable enough to place your hand near the very angry dog, but you would be too scared to taze it?

Personally, when I was a young lad, I was bitin in the face by a random dog that seemed to be very friendly. Until it bit me in the face for no reason. I wouldn't chance it again....

You mean arresting someone videoing people in a public place while exercising his right to question governmental agents? Where in there is a law broken?
