Yes, they had already begun assulting him before the dog jumped out. It's a shame they shot the dog, but what else was that puss of a cop suposed to do?

Damn, if the arrest was valid - then it all played out the way it had to play out.

Problem is, I do not see a good reason for arresting him. The dude even tried to put his dog up. Am I missing something? I know the earlier post said he was running his mouth, but I did not really see that or missed it.

purposely fucking with the cops and then leaving your dog unsecured in a car with open windows is just asking for trouble. the only one i feel bad for is the dog
^this. That idiot had no reason to be recording the raid and/or running his mouth. I know it's a free country and he's free to do that but damn, let them do their job. He should've kept his ass further out on the sidelines if he has nothing of value to offer.

Did the guy do more than video them? They are in public, any homeowner could have easily had cameras pointed at the raid.

                Pretty sad judgement call.

Yup. He was looking for a run in with the cops. Listen over the Ursher playing in his dope micro car. He was asking where all the black cops are and something bout a civil rights violation. You could tell by he demeanor that he had a chip on his shoulders.

Tyrone got his dog killed plain and simple.

I would be the first one to support the police on this one, but I did not see him get in the way of anything. Running his mouth? Maybe, I did not hear it. It is a free country - the only thing I can see to make what the police valid, is that he was on public property and not his own.

Just because he was being a dumb ass, does not mean he was doing anything that was inline with being detained. I'm ready to be proved wrong though, but I did not see anything there.

Pretty sure that music was coming from the person making the video and not the other car?

Pretty much. Looks like they were stuck on sidewalk detail and weren't too happy about it, so they took it out on this guy and his dog. If you have that kind of temper and ego, you have absolutely no business being a police officer. The legal system really needs to start making examples of the thugs with badges.

It did look like the cop made an effort to reach out and let the dog either sniff him or get his leash. Dog wanted none of it. Completely justified. Owner's fault. How fucking stupid is it to put a dog that size in a car with the windows down... Moron.

I know he didn't break any laws and they could have intended to detain him long enough until they could figure out why he felt that was the time to ask why there weren't any black cops or just long enough for them to finish up their raid and get out of there. It's not like he was arrested.

That guy made the decision to show up with a 90lb rott and actually thought that was a good time to question why there are no black cops.... bad timing on his part. Had he kept to the sidelines, he wouldn't have been approached by the cops, his dog wouldn't have tried to protect him and it wouldn't have been swiss cheesed. He should have thought about the "what if's".

Yeah by the video you can definitely tell the cops were instigating and harassing this poor civilian. Clearly these cops wanted to start something with this innocent guy who just wanted to stand there peacefully.

Damn those thug cops standing perimeter trying to stay focused on the objective being the house but there is an innocent civilian continually yells at them becoming more hostile towards them.

Do you guys think this is Buckingham palace and these guys are guards standing there still/silent for people to come up and fuck with. Ridiculous.
