Well the kid took an interest in working on this. So after sitting on a book shelf for a long long time, it came back out. Now that she's helping with it, the scale details, and such will not be as big of a deal. Now we are just worrying about having fun and learning. She's learning about scaling things down, angles, working with hand tools, overcoming problems, and soon we will run lighting in it, so she will learn a little about electricity and soldering. I'm having a blast watching her work on it.
