I heard they were going to have a B-29 flyover on 6/6 (D-Day) so I hooked up some tickets and went out to the new Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth. They set it up on the south end of the LaGrave Field parking lot, so it's just north of downtown and just south of the Stockyards.
This place is GREAT. It's easy to get to, they offer a decent menu, and best of all they sell beer/wine and have cheap specials. They had Landshark 20s for $2ea the night we went. Everything is brand new so the place is clean and nice, and there were a ton of families there so don't worry if you have kids - bring em.
They pay homage to all the long-gone drive-ins in Tarrant County by putting up large posters in the outdoor 'canteen' with the name, address, and years of operation of each one. Very cool touch.
Some notes:
Prices were very fair at $8 per head. Each ticket gets you a double feature, so plan to get comfy and stay a while. A lot of people set up blankets in the back of SUVs and pickups.
Pepsi funded some of the build, so they sell their products exclusively.
No outside food or drink allowed.
There is a playground for kids.
The audio is broadcast over FM, so if you have a shitty old car with no radio (ahem) then bring a boombox or something.
They have three screens showing different first-run movies. Sometimes they play old flicks, like American Graffiti and Grease.

It looks like FIFI lost a couple of engines and gained invasion stripes.
So it wasn't a B-29 flyover after all; it was the Vintage Flying Museum's C-47 from Meacham airport. It's a beautiful plane and honestly much more appropriate for a D-Day memorial. I was impressed that they thought enough of American history to arrange it in the first place.

I try to support local/small business anytime I can. Get out there and check it out!
