Should I powder coat the wheels black?

I plasti dipped some wheels and I haven't tried peeling it off but its on there pretty good

Paint the bumper and wheels the same color as the car? Are you trying to go for Good Guys Goldchainer 1988 Period Correct look? Perhaps some yellow zig zag side stripes, or maybe some paint splash graphics from Pep Boys are in order?

but for real if the car was gloss black, it might look good, but with that rough of a finish, I'd say no.
