HMS Victory is still in commission, and has been the flagship of the First Sea Lord since October 2012. Before this date she was the flagship of the Second Sea Lord.[7] She is the oldest commissioned warship in the world, although the USS Constitution, launched 30 years later, is the oldest commissioned warship still afloat
