So far, that is what has come of our Itasca project. I got it running and fixed a couple of other things, but I'm not putting any more effort or money in until the other partners pony up. All they have done is replace the floor. Still need to drop the tank and clean it out.

IDK about auction prices but most that I have seen on CL people are asking about 4k for them. They don't have many windows, have full sized 110 fridges and have been lived in. I don't think I would buy one for recreational use. I'm sure many of them will end up in the semi permanent rv parks.
