The past two seasons of that show have been terrible.

It's almost like a different director came in and started screwing things up. I guess it's just the way the shows go. It seems like incredibly good shows gain some popularity, run out of ideas, and plummet straight into the steaming shit pile of low quality films and series.

No shit. It was a children/family show and they ended it by killing off... well... everything and everyone with sad music and everything.

I was sad as fuck when I watched that as a kid.

that's exactly what happened. This last season and I think half way through the season before that has had a new director. Hes butchered the series

I think terra nova had promise..

Firefly was AWESOME.. but IMO ahead of its time.. i think today it would have kept going.

SG:U i loved.. it was dark and gloomy.. and even if they survived they were still stuck on the ship. I really wished they had kept going with it.. while they did a " hurried finish".. at least they tried to finish it.

And Caprica. Yeah the series was a little slow but they had to compress an entire season into the last 5 minutes of the last episode.

Yea it did leave it wide open, but they filmed it during the strike so Shawn Aryana couldn't change anything on the script I believe.

I would have to say "Survivors" a BBC post-apocalyptic show. The show itself was fantastic, one of the best there is. Apparently they were cancelled and had 1 episode to finish the series.

Jericho also had a pretty poor ending.
