I wouldn't want to do that either. Ask him if he has the title in the beginning of the call, if he says no then you can drop the bomb that it is in your name.

You call him yet? Looks like the hood, grill and bumper have been changed if that is your old truck.

Do you still have the title along with it in your name? If so it sounds like you have the advantage 10 fold.

Tell him you will give him $100 less than you decide on because of the tickets!

I google mapped the adress when I first got the ticket and searched and searched but didn't see the truck. I thought the red vehicle was and explorer but I can't zoom in to good on my computer at work..

    LOL, Thanks!

Google map 412 W. Spurgeon, zoom all the way in, and look at the driveway at the house on the north side of the street behind the white truck. Is that your Chebby??? The red truck is in the shade, but it looks like it.

That house isn't actually 412, but that's what is closest to that house per Google maps...

It had a 454 in it for a while, now I think the bay is empty, but the guy said there was a $1,300 transmission in the tunnel. He would not name a price, I told him the old owner was interested in buying it back. He asked me "what is he offering?" and I told him I had no idea.

I got his name and number for ya.

There's no tags on it, but there is a tag from something else in the cab. :-)
Very cool thing for you to do.
