Yep, that RR is nice! And I've had my eye on the green Challenger for a couple of weeks too.

I spent some time looking over the cars up there about 5 months ago. Even looked in the second warehouse. I've followed their site for a couple years. The lead sales guy said they move 40-50 cars a month through there, yet there are cars on the site that have been there for over a year. I saw at least 3 people in the front office and probably 4 or 5 in the work bays. I don't believe the 40-50/mo and I'm thinking 10-15 at best. Figure in the rent on 3 buildings and I can't see how they make money at all. I met the money guy behind the operation and he was a typical slick wheeler dealer but I don't see where the money comes from unless he is picking the cars up for $0.10 on the dollar. He is sitting on a ton of inventory that isn't moving.

I too might question the quality of some of the cars based on what I saw but the funny thing is I used to look at the site every other week. After going and seeing things first hand, I haven't looked since.
Matt, here is what I can tell you based on my personal experience.

I actually work here at Classic Car Liquidators selling cars, and I sold 12 myself last week, between Monday and Saturday.

The cars are for the most part considered driver quality, as John already stated. There are some that are nicer quality drivers than other, obviously. That is why some vehicles sell more quickly than others.

There is also no rent or "floor plan" to pay, because everything is paid for.

We will ALWAYS explain and point out any defects in the vehicles, so that the customer is fully aware of any issues with a vehicle before they even put a deposit down.

I don't want to have to deal with a customer that is pissed off because I didn't disclose something on the vehicle.

Just last week I sold the 1985 Jeep CJ-7 that is on our website to a guy in Colorado. He drove his 1991 BMW 525i with 280K miles down from Colorado with his wife and 2 and 5 year old kids. He was going to trade in the BMW and drive his family home 800 miles in the Jeep. It says in the info on our website that it is ORIGINAL, not RESTORED. The guy came down and looked at the vehicle and found a couple of issues that he wasn't happy with, one was something that I missed when I checked the vehicle in. Turns out the passenger front seat, which I never sat in when I checked the vehicle in, had a cracked seat frame. I told him we would weld the frame up and fix it, pay for a new top and seat and have them drop shipped to him and he was not happy with that. I even tried to fix the seat and give him $500 back but he was not happy with that either so he hopped back in his BMW and drove back to Colorado. We ended up refunding his deposit to make him happy.

I told that little story because when something goes wrong we are automatically the bad guys in most people's eyes, regardless of the situation. We did EVERYTHING we could to compensate the guy, and in the end he still wasn't happy, so we refunded his "non-refundable" deposit, which we typically do not do. We try to work with everyone we can.

If you guys ever have a question about a vehicle, please by all means, PM me, or give me a call and I will discuss the vehicle to my absolute best knowledge.

I know a lot of you guys on here, so I would hope that you would know that I would never intentionally deceive anyone about anything.

      -Aaron

Clean big body man! And I do have love for that body style. Makes me miss my '72, had exactly the same interior, but it was metallic gold on the outside.

I don't claim to know shit about Mopars myself, but I do know where one is sitting that could likely be had for decent money. For some reason there's tons of old cars out here where I live...a lot of them are shit, but some are good too. This one is an old Road Runner, been sitting on a trailer in their driveway for the last 4-5 years....don't know anything about it other than it looks complete, and I recently heard it belonged to an old sick parent that isn't long for this world, so they are thinking about selling it. They also have a B5 blue Cuda in the garage, and it is sitting next to an all original Big Block Convertible Vette (I've tried on that one with no success).

You can see the car on the trailer in bird's eye view....

Map multiple locations, get transit/walking/driving directions, view live traffic conditions, plan trips, view satellite, aerial and street side imagery. Do more with Bing Maps.

Looks like it could be the one that was at Pate a couple of years ago. If so it was a 70 model and they wanted $6500 for it. Missing motor and trans and needed a complete resto. Floors were decent but likely needed both quarter replaced.
