Here is a cool one I found and bought last night.
1971 Cuda, built back in the 70s and raced until the late 80s. Guy I got it from was 78 years old. Was originally a 340 H-code car now has a 69 426 with a Hilborn. Very cool car and he still had all the original parts he took off along with tons of other Hemi parts. I do not find as much like this as I use to but it is still out there.

I lived in DFW area for 15 years
The Fort Worth club raced and met some good guys
The Dallas club ..well , they were not like me ..Met a few good guys
Sadly , few go to shows ..
They drive to shows and bitch about you having the wrong radiator clamps
Too bad I'm not still there.. we would start our own club

Yeah they probably won't like this car..lol Wilwood 4 wheel disc, 17 inch wheels, Bilstein shocks, with some day two salvage parts like a 72 440 swap with 72 8 3/4, 73 power bulge hood, added rallye gauges, TTi exhaust, modern AC......yeah not even close to stock and not a show quality paint job.....but a nice driver with some modern parts!

Build what you want ..
The numbers matching crowd rolled in about 1995 or so
Mopars were the cars that brought money(for the most part) with it brought people from other walks of life ..
The only thing they focused on was it being "original"
Its been a long going argument ..expect people to say dumb things
laugh at them
I build what I like .. fuck'em

Oh yeah. Already had a LOT of that. Why would you spend that on a small block car? "Well, First, I did not want to ruin the value on a big block car. Second, I want to drive and enjoy the car so I went somewhat modern and third....I had the car so I built it the way I thought I would get the most enjoyment from it". Then I have already heard...."you ruined the car".... Yep...I bought it for under $500.....Yep I ruined it by putting it back on the road....right? When I got the car it had..."CRUSH IN 30 DAYS" in shoe polish on the door glass. I have no idea if the glass was from another car or if this one got that close to being crushed. But now it looks decent and is going to be driven and enjoyed....plan to get the fun out of it for a couple of years and until the next car is done. Then cycle them through until I cover most all the body styles I like. It is called a hobby....

How much do '68 R/T 440 Chargers go for?
Someone offered me theirs for 16k. No engine, but the rest of the car is very clean. Has lots of extra parts too (tail lights, trim, etc)Originally posted by BuzzoSome dudes jump out of airplanes, I fuck hookers without condoms.
