When I lived in Phoenix I worked with a guy when I did electrical work. He had to go to tent city for 60 days for a DUI. He said that was the worst time he has ever had in jail and would not be returning again.

I love the way Sheriff Joe runs that place, if we had more jails like that and in the prisons did what they do on this show as far as don't allow them on the beds all day and no TV, Radio or any electronic devices period and made them walk like that during transport I bet we would have a lot lower crime rate.
