I remember how pissed a local guy was after spending a ungodly amount on a ls/vtech motor.

b18b1 block with a b16 head i think. It was a fun car, but my stock Ls integra with a 55 shot walked his ass. Mine had a cold air, and nitrous, and coilovers. Stock muffler and all that jazz. it was fun back then when people didnt expect a honda to have a shot on it. Then the fast and crappy came out.

there was a kid named teddy around richardson/garland back around 99-01 with a green integra with a JDM type R front end. had a built motor/turbo on it and was easily one of the faster cars on the street at that time. I had to get an LS1 just to keep up. there was also a guy from Naaman forrest with an Mr2 that was pretty quick, and an FD RX7 that was fairly stock but would give stock LS1's a good run for their money.

There was an imported one running around here a few years ago. I thought I saw one for sell recently as well.

I love my 99 civic. Its a sedan and have thought about selling it and getting a coupe. Like the si a lot but 5k plus for a civic hurts my brain. Mine has been nothing but great tho. Had a plug wire burn out but that's it.
