You just described my old 1967 MGB-GT to a tee. Damned 12 volt, POSITIVE grounded, generator equipped piece of some of Lucas's finest work.

No pics but I hated my first car, an 86 Cougar with a head gasket blowing 3.8. What a piece of shit.

Loved the car at times but being that it was black with black leather interior and the A/C never worked, I hated it most of the year.

Owned it for less than 2 months, the Engine and 6 Speed trans were great. The Handling and Interior were crap. Broken Dash, which could have also been used as a damn table, and crappy plastic and uncomfortable seats. Sold it for 5600.00.

86 Accord sedan. It was slow as hell, especially with the AC on.

                  This piece of shit.

seats were uncomfortable, zero power, cvt's suck, mpg was fair but not as good as it needed to be to put up with all the bullshit, suspension sucked, tires sucked, only thing about it was I liked the color and the look of it.

Shoulda slammed it on rims, would have hated it less, but when gas was 5 bucks a gallon in CA where I lived at the time, I was laughing at a lot of people and happy I didnt have to drive my Cobra everyday when it got 14 mpg and needed 93.

Car was basically free factoring in the gas savings difference at the time vs driving my Cobra.

This thread made me make a list last night. I have owned 17 cars (might have forgotten a few) since i turned 15 in 95. Ironic that my most hated was the best vehicle, my 95 GT. Really was a great car, very minor issues for how hard I am on vehicles. Oddly my Super Duety and Mach 1 are my favorites and they have been nothing but problems lol

The kid who bought it from me got a steal. He basicly paid for the new paint job I laid on it and got the car for free lol

I have had 14 different cars since turning 15 in 01. I liked nearly every single one, but the one that I hated the most was my 98 GT. It was a total piece of rat shit, I had it for about 2 months before I sold it off and got my 95 F150.

My 92 Thunderbird SC was definitely a love hate relationship. I absolutely loved that car, but I have never had so much trouble keeping something running. Got it in REALLY bad shape to begin with. Body damage, rod knocking, etc. Tore the engine down, put a new crank in it, put a new set of rods in it, ARP main studs, ARP head studs. Ran great for about 3 months until I was coming out of a domino's pizza parking lot, I gunned it, hit a puddle of water and in a split second I over revved it. Got it home and it was knocking pretty good.

Tore the engine down, found nothing wrong, put new bearings in, put it back together and the knocking was worse. Went and got a gen II engine and blower, put that in and had a vibration from hell. Tried everything short of a flywheel to get it running right, finally threw in the towel and sold it.

I have owned probably fifteen cars and twenty trucks, and I've never had one that I hated or would classify as a piece of shit. I'm sure others might disagree, but I never had one that I considered a problem child

I must have bad car ADD. Before I started flipping cars I had owned well over 80 cars (now over 130). Would call about 20 of them POS turds. 89 Caprice X-cop, 86 Vic X-cop, Ford EXP, 90 4 banger Coupe Fox, 70 F-100 rust bucket, rod knocking 94 Subaru Imprezza, 84 Ferrari Modail8, 91 Firebird etc etc.

Had quite a few sweet ones over the years too.

I still say that damn 97 Dodge was the worst POS I ever owned.
Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

I think it comes down to peoples ability to work on things. To me working on a car for 8 hours is no big deal. Ive never had a problem i couldnt solve and fix correctly and not just band aid it for a while.

But my biggest pos was my first car. 92 eclipse, it wasnt because it was a ugly or broke down, it was a good car, clean paint and ran well. It had the dinky sohc non turbo motor. It was a tuuuuurd.

Oh, I was just talking personal cars. 91 Accord had to be the worst car that I ever owned. If it was supposed to work, it didn't. Engine leaked oil, transmission was shot, body was shot, paint was shot, interior was as crusty as a saltine cracker, a/c didn't work, etc etc. I don't even know why I bought it TBH. Funny thing though, after I got it running, the lady I sold it to absolutely loved it and drove it for several more years.
