  • Post your favorite car.....

post a pic of your favorite vehicle you currently own or have owned in the past and tell why it is your favorite.

Mine is hands down Fiona.....my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I love this jeep and it has gotten me into and out of some serious muddy bloody fun. I love the fact that is stops on a dime and i can U-turn in a single lane

My old '03 Cobra I sold three years ago. 520/550 at the wheels with a ported eaton and kooks long tubes among other things. I saved for three years to buy it, and it was the fastest street car I've ever had the pleasure of owning. I loved everything about this car; IRS-6speed-blower-and the look. IMO it was the best mustang ever produced until the new 5.0's. I drove it across the nation, and drove it hard. I had owned a few wild mustangs before this one, but they didn't hold a candle to it. I never had one complaint or one problem with the car in 60k miles, all the while with the upgrades. It was my perfect car and I ALWAYS enjoyed driving it. I used to detail it up and stare at it for hours, reminding myself it was mine. I never looked at or wanted anything else. I thought I would have it forever, but the time came to do some serious maintenance (hurting from the 50k miles of high boost) and I didn't have the time, so I sold it. It will be hard to top it, but one day I will find something that will.

A few pics from my trips to Cali, and from the now burried Deep Elum Tunnel.

I think that is the one I miss the most right now, but that changes pretty often.

The fastback is still my favorite car, of course, in that I'm pretty sure I'll never sell it.

But as far as fun to drive daily, I'd have to give that to my current G35. The runner-up there would be the 05 Mustang, but I really think the G beats it in every day livability, luxury + fun factor.

I don't have any good photography of it in it's current state, but here it is with the new front bumper and one projector retrofit headlight. (drivers) They're both on there now. I've got 350Z springs for it, and am about to lower it, aftermarket wheels, that kind of stuff.

I've said that too many times. I'll never again say that "I'll never sell it", lol.

I'll always have a soft spot for my old '98 GT, due to the time and work I invested in it over the years, but the M3 is more fun in every way. It was also a goal I had set for myself upon moving out to Cali, so it's nice to have a little affirmation that things are moving in the right direction.

I really have a three way tie for my favorites. My current 97 Cobra is probably the most fun I have had with a car.

My 93 300zx. I got this car for $800 and it needed a "Head gasket", which turned out to be fuel injectors. Drove it for a while, but 18MPG with $4.00+ gas, I had to sell it. Made a killing on it though, so all was good.

Then my 04 RX8. I got it for $4000 and it needed nothing. I drove it for a while as well, but I got spooked by the mileage on it, 137K, so I sold it before it needed a new engine.

I had a 94 sl, it never ran haha. Good looking car man. I'm glad I didn't keep it, it's a short person car.
