              lol... putting the towstrap on a XJ front axle which is notorious for weak link mounts, and then having a big diesel yank the shit out of it was a smart move.

                      I think they had the strap attached to the frame, the axle was so dug in that the vehicle moved, the axle stayed still resulting in what you see here

                        Yeah it's been awhile since I've seen the vid and didn't rewatch i. The post below made my mind think he tore the axle away from the jeep, then I watched it and jogged my memory.
