It's pretty confusing to start a chevy truck build thread in the middle of a ford truck build thread.

What's powering it? S10 chassis?

I changed the bend combination for the primary portion of the manifold outlets. This method gets the pipe parallel to the frame without an additional 45, but is a bit tighter to the subframe mount. I dont have a band or chop saw so the work is slow going. I will make a small heatshield for the rubber below the frame mount.
We attempted to install the rear glass after the people who did the windshield refused because the glass did not come from them. The seal tore and I dont want to do it again. If anyone knows a good glass guy please post or PM me.

The exhaust work continues. I cant get bends on Sunday so moved on to making two 12" mufflers from the 24" I had ordered. It has a chambered core so that made things easy. The end caps are done just waiting to weld them until I know how much to offset the outlet pipe for mid cab cross-member clearance. We are also working on installing the bed boards and will post an image of that soon.

I spent more time installing power steering on my Dads 51 Chevy. Even small projects are never as simple as they seem, but it was worth it. The manual box was not fun with the wider tires, and now my mom and sister can drive it.
I managed to get more of the exhaust completed on the F100, but will need some straight tube and a couple more bends to finish it up. I will be gone half of August but my dad and brother in law plan on installing the front bodywork and finishing the chassis wiring. I will try and get them to send me some images when that happens.

My Dad finished a couple items while I was away. The gas fill tube and cap are done along with the repair on the tailgate pivot. He also installed the front bodywork and wired the lights. I will be picking up more mandrel bends tomorrow and hope to finish up the exhaust over the weekend.

Most of the under dash wiring is now done, and the gauges can now go in with the panels back from coating. All of the glass is in and the door seals installed. Passenger door installed and aligned, but waiting on driver until interior wiring and seat are in. We attempted to get the body work in its final location, but its going to need to come back off again. These trucks are notorious for taking way too much time to get looking right and I am now a believer. I have been lazy getting to the exhaust, but I finally picked up all the bends and had pieces expanded for the slip fit portions.
