Lose the current wheels, go back to some painted steel wheels with chrome or dog dish hubcaps and chrome trim rings, leave the 170 in it. If you need more power, pick-up a 200 and/or build your own turbo setup, either blow-through or draw-through using a single large polished sidedraft SU carb. I was going to do the draw-through turbo on a 144 six a few years back until I discovered the engine block was cracked. I love those baby sixes.
