pasteurized. That's the catch (or so the article seems to imply: "modern dairy farms"). Drink the natural stuff, it tastes better too. If I don't have someone to make me food around, I'll just about drink a gallon of it in a day. Even at $4 it's still light years better than any fast food or soda.

In their studies, they never stated that they tested it with rBGH free milk. Cows that are given hormones and have their milk homogenized/pasteurized produce awful milk. Their is no doubt that modified milk can cause harm. I still like my milk, eggs, and MFing ice cream! About 2 years ago my same gap fell from the second story of a building and walked away....then got back on top. lol.
I want to do some more research on this...their claims seem fairly valid, but put into basic terms that are too generalized. I've never broken a bone either, even when about 600-800lbs worth of twin jetski trailer was dropped on my leg.
