        WTF, when did this happen? Thats right here around the corner from my house, isn't it? That truck looks totaled to me. I guarantee it goes over their 12k estimate in supplemental repairs.

            Good to hear everyone was ok. The bodyshop will try and keep it from totaling. Business is slow and shops are fixing everything they can right now. I know I am LOL.

                Same here - the guy that totalled my old Boss was Mexican and had a fake address, driver's license, and insurance card. The officer said all was valid at 2:30 A.M. Called the next morning to find out he never paid on the policy so they cancelled him and I got to pay for it with my insurance (including half the value on all the aftermarket parts, some of which were added the week before the wreck).

                      You're obviously Mexican and butthurt, sorry! There are stereotypes for a reason. Every wreck I've been in, in Texas, has been with an illegal immigrant (from Mexico BTW) that had no insurance/license/registration/inspection/SSN etc ( including the one that almost cost me my life and did cost me $90,000.00 in medical/careflight bills). I don't give a fuck where they are from, or what color they are DRIVE WITH INSURANCE!!!! My attorney was like, you shouldn't sue them, they don't have anything to pay your bills. I'm not from here and I have insurance/registration/inspection and so on, fred loya is $39 a month FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>!>>!>!>!>!>>>>>>>>

                        Based on my experience it is 50%, been hit my 2 mexicans one with insurance one without. The guy that totaled my truck last year was the first white person to run into me, he did a hell of a lot more damage then the mexicans did lol.

                                I didn't review the entire estimate but I did look at it enough to see that they are using a re-man front cover, A/M headlamps, LKQ hood and fender, repairing the wheel, etc.

                                If this was me and since your truck is a 2012, I would be demanding all new OEM parts (unless it has very high mileage). Also, since this collision was not your wife's fault, I would be demanding loss of value right now. This collision will show up on carfax and if traded in at some point, it may not qualify as a certified used car. I'd get a dealer quote on the loss of value and present it to the insurer.
