Agreed. Other than the front and hood it looks just like a G8. It doesn't look like a lot thought went into this design.

Rims/side smell of buick, the top is pure G8, the front looks like a revamped cobalt, and the motor sounds disappointing for the amount of cubes . It might roar with a cam though

I wonder why the 5.0 makes just as much if not more HP and a little less torque, out of 1.2 liters less displacement.
