From what I have seen so far when I have been driving all day I can see the heat coming up from them as opposed to the overall hood.
I was trying to get some better pictures but the area I was at wasn't ideal. Cars kept driving by, couldn't get my camera setup right and my stupid tripod sucks.
I haven't had a new car in a while let alone a new "sports car" but I think ford did a great job.
The car drives and handles amazing from other mustangs I've had.
