    1.94 intake valves, there wasn't any clearance issues, hand turned several times.

    It's probably a mixture of everything being off, such as tps timing, big vac leak ect..

    I'll have it figured out today, hopefully

        When it is tuned the idle will probably be raised to 850-900 rpm and will tone that came down a little bit. Manny set mine around that because before it was sitting at 750 and chopped quite a bit.

            Ive had one thing leak, but god damn.

            I use the black rtv on both sides of the waterpump,thermostat, but the intake i only do a small smear around the water jackets and a big ol bead in the valley.

                I've never had a leak and I did exactly as you posted.

                Not sure what happened. Do you think if I go back and retorque the bolts? Or since its leaking its probably done?

                    tough to say, I usually will check the final torque at least 2 times, the second after a short period to allow the gaskets to time to compress. I've never had a problem with a leak that wasn't self inflicted. Most of my intake leak jobs are throttle body and vortech chevy's though, hell chevy in general between the 3.1, 3.4, 4.3, 5.0, 5.7. The ignition timing could be playing a big roll in your running and lack of power. Should have put a light on it before the test spin in my opinion, but I try to cover all the basic adjustments before taking off.

                              Sounds good, update us once you get it tuned. And good luck fixing all of the leaks. Nobody likes reworking things.
