  • Pictures of your work?

I get to do pretty fun and interesting things, every day is something new and depending on the GC/Contractor shit changes almost by the minute.

I know having a plumbing license amuses a few members here, but I can assure you other than setting a few toilets for family members and replacing flapper valves in my own house i dont do much with "shitters".. i could give you the story of John Crapper though

here's the AMI 207a power source I use to orbital weld.

here's my messy neighbor "Dickie", he's not a clean room guy, they do process cooling water. basically 2-16" schedule 10 stainless steel, all day long for them.

here is the softwall clean room that we run orbital welds in. that is the weld head next to my guy T.

Drill press that we were using to saddle some 1.5" stainless water lines today, and behind that is a 3" stainless Foreline that i helped draw up last week on-site, and came to the shop this week to build. and go back to the site tomorrow to install/tie-in.

another shot of the soft-wall clean room.

another offset i detailed last week and came to the shop to build, to be installed next week. 3" stainless general nitrogen line. This transitions from the 1st floor to the second floor sub-fab.

thats all i can show.. the rest is off limits, and no phones/cameras allowed. best i can do is google and show you this is how we dress..

and this is what the process level looks like

hope that gives a better understanding of what a pipefitter does for the desk jockeys..

    now what do YOU do??

It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.
