My dad used to own rental property in Atlanta. He refused to go down there and had a black lady that was property manager similar to this guy. She didn't take anyone's shit, and if they were a few days late, they were out.

It's a different world in Atlanta, police station is on the other side of the block and you have gangster selling drugs, 3 year old children running around in the middle of it, guys flashing pieces all over the place.
