Niagara Falls with the spigot shut off.

My wife and I are planning a trip to the Canadian side this June. I can't come into the US so I need to find something to do for a vacation for her, our 8 month old and me. Niagra falls seems like an easy one.

Is there enough to do there for 7 days though? Any suggestions? Keep in mind I can't go the American side.

I am a dirty contractor who earns his wages in a foreign country. The IRS has a very sizeable deduction for those of us that stay in a foreign country for 330 days in a 365 12 month period. That gives me only 35 days in the US this year (October 5 2012 - October 4 2013) and I have already spent too many. It is not tax evasion it is tax avoidance. The deduction is what makes this type of work bearable.
