  • Kenne Bell boosted, thanks to HPP

Just got the call from Brad that they finished my car tonight, picking her up tomorrow at lunchtime. They did a KB 2.8LC kit for me, and few suspension bits. She made 625 for now, should be safe enough until I can get the new shortblock together and turn up the boost.

Teaser shot HPP posted on FB a few nights ago -

With the new thicker cases and different cut gears, they don't whine like they used too. Still there, but not nearly as loud as the older models.

That's a shot Brandon took while doing the install. The bumper isn't even on in that one. Everything is hooked up as it should be now that they're done. I'll post some better pics tomorrow after I pick her up.

She's home, and is an absolute beast to drive. Rev limiter comes up fast, LOL!
Final numbers are 625 hp and 515 torque, at what looks to be just under 10 psi. The tune is very good, near stock driveability with an extra 200 hp thrown in the mix (baseline was 430 hp/ 420 torque with the old Gearheads tune). Still trying to upload the video, but here's a few pics -

Top view of the heat exchanger

You can get a feel for the size of the heat exchanger, the top is just at the bottom of the grille opening and the bottom is showing just at the top of the lower grille opening

Graph posted. We were talking about you while I was there today. You really want to do your own install? Doesn't look too bad, but all I've ever done is Prochargers. This is a little more involved.
