Ok, I had to do it..

Guy I know had this thing and said he would never finish it so now guess I will.

It was an 89 LX 4cyl 5 speed

Now has a 351w and an AOD

Brand new top, new rims and tires

Hate the wing on the back, and not fond of the rims, but better than what it had.

Wonder how hard it would be to put a 5 speed back in it?

Ot that great but I've seen worse, and for a start its something to work with.

Looks clean. You really need to get rid of that wing lol. You going to make it EFI again?

If the pedals are all still there, there shouldn't be much more to it than swapping the trans and hooking everything up. I'd go ahead and invest in a NEW Ford clutch cable.
