Late rut buck I shot this evening (just with the camera) 11 or 12 points from what I could count. Hope he makes it one more year

I'd really like that, would love to have him adding to the gene pool that long! He had a smaller 8 point behind him, they followed 5 does through my front yard.

I'm out in the country, 6 miles to the closest convenience store. We have 20 acres, mostly wooded. Been hearing lots of shooting in the mornings but glad he's made it this long for sure. Only reason he's still around is no ones had a shot at him yet.
