You want to take a illegal vehicle and get it inspected, it fails and it's the inspectors fault? It would fail for improper bulb type not "how it shines".

When a DPS trooper that is telling me how to do an inspection tells me to do it this way then yes I damn sure am going to do it that way.

So like I was saying. I out in my new cheap illegal HID lights and they work great, much better than my old regular lights.
