Generally speaking, under 21 y/o I'll not hold most things against them. At 19, doing near 100mph on grass, passing a cop...seems dumber than most in that age bracket.

I'm thinking he was originally going WAY faster, saw the cop, locked up the brakes and squirrelled off into the grass. If you've ever gone off track through some thick grass, you'll know exactly what I mean when I say "just keep it off the wall and other cars"... Squid Boy figured out that locked-up 1985 brakes don't do shit and you'll still hit the guard rail @ 100mph.

2010 ---- The kid had just been pulled over by the cop with the in car video. The kid had been up for 24 hours working. He had a open container and weed, the officer did a check on him and he seemed good to go (so the story goes). The kid remembers nothing but thinks he must have fallen asleep.
