Of course it is, because the owner is smart enough to know it's nothing more than a show car since it is the most inefficient way to set up an engine for any sort of performance. Either that or he built it thinking it was going to do something and ended up severely disappointed.
Koenig built a Twin Turbo/Supercharged car called the "Competition" based off of a Ferrari Testarossa way back around `89.
HE did it right.

Yes, same one. If I remember correctly, I believe I read where the supercharger was rear mounted.
John Lamm did the article for Road & Track back then but I can't find it in the archives. I kept the magazine for years but not sure if I still have it.
