I would say that the great white statistically should still win. They're both an aggressive species, however, most shark attacks are usually a bite, then the shark retreats. A bite from a great white is gonna do a lot more damage than a bite from a bull shark. The fatality potential is definitely in the white sharks favor.

Bull sharks are much more likely to eat you. They tend to attack in a predatory manner, whereas the white shark's size is typically the deciding factor. A 'tester bite' from a decently-sized white shark (12-14ft) can cause more than enough damage to lead to shock from blood loss. A large majority of fatal white shark attacks aren't someone mangled and missing half their body, typically it's just a deep would that severs arteries and the victim bleeds out before an ambulance an arrive. Bull shark attacks are noted often for multiple bites and chunks of the victim being missing.

Tl;dr - white shark taste-tests you, But bull shark tries to eat you.
