That sign had a suggested speed of 20. Yes, the sign showed two right angles.

I knew that was going to be bad when he passed the rider that gave him the wave for "go ahead and pass me" and only left a foot of clearance between them while having a few feet to the edge of his lane with no oncoming traffic.
