Can I get some insight?

My cousin has been told this is an ultra rare Mustang. He is being told it is a Mclaren. The only wide body Mclaren I know of was the M81 made in 1980.

This is an 82. I say it's a kit, but he swears those are metal fenders. The taillights aren't Mclaren either.

Does anyone know more about this car?

Snatch it up if its a good deal so it can't be sold from under you, if it is a mclaren you got it at a good price if it isn't sell it.

Its a Crapri with a wide body kit . Looks kinda cool but I would bet it's not worth stink .

I can't see the front but they are Carpi tail lights and most Capris didn't have the bubble hatch . It is just what we associate with the Capri .

EDIT : It is a Mustang . The sail pannels are mustang so I think it is a frankenstein .

I figured it was a Frankenstein from the 80's. I've just never seen metal fenders aside from Mclarens. I suppose there could have been some obscure company popping them out for a short time frame.

Then again, my cousin might not be correct in the composition of the flares.
