I went to Home Depot at 10am and then to walmart. No crowds and everything I wanted out of the black friday ads was still there in abundance.

It's open for debate. I'd start with a discussion on the constitution and any mention of entitlement equals instant death. From there, it's wide open but that may end the issues.
