my 90 has 5 lug already.

I just ordered the kit for this one a few minutes ago. Was going to just go with set of Welds, but really want Race Stars.

I used to race it but I garuntee I was easier on it than the cops were when it was in service. lol I never broke a single part on it the entire time I owned it. Here is the SEB race.

Call me boring but I prefer it just the way it sits. The 10 holes look clean and tasteful. If you were going to do an aero front end with five lug and race stars why not just buy a coupe that already has that? They are plentiful.

My vote is keep it exactly like it sits except maybe a very mild heads/cam/intake/MAF conversion and cleaned up engine bay.

              Seb's high class.
              He'll mow your grass.
              He'll kick your ass.
And while his kidney stones pass,
              He'll piss in a glass!

Was that a 7.60 on the round two run? Not bad for a small shot man!

You do realize it's an Aero coupe to begin with right? It was converted to a 4 eye front end and painted by Mark Preus.

The car is not getting an Aero front. I bought it because it had been converted to a 4 eye, and couldn't find a decent 4 eye coupe anywhere. It will be getting a 5 lug conversion and it will be getting a set of Race Stars for the track. Not sure on the street wheel/tire setup. Still thinking about a set of Pony R's, maybe some FR's. It will also be getting a mass air conversion and the FRPP 306X crate motor I bought for the Capri at some point in time. I'm also going to do a color change on the interior to black, but am keeping all the stock Sand Beige interior in storage for later on down the road, if I decide to go back stock.

Yes, I realize that but someone was smart enough to put a 4 eye nose on it and paint it. It looks like it was a damn clean job. I know Mark does good work. I'm hoping to get him to paint my '86 GT project when the time comes.

I guess me and Billy are the only ones that appreciate the 10 holes. Ultimately it's your car so have fun with it. That's what it's all about. I just like it the way it is. :-)

Actually, I've been on the fence about the 5 lug conversion since I bought the car. My main reason for converting was to get a set of chrome Pony R's on her, and 5 lug seems to be the only thing available on a regular basis (from AM). I may have found a set in 4 lug though, if so, I'll be getting them, and keeping the 10 holes, and getting a set of DragLites for the track. And Mark did a pretty good job on this one. Not show quality by any means, but better than average for a daily for sure. Nice enough to look good, but not so nice that you have to worry about where you park it. I just wish he would have put the inner splash shields back on when he did the conversion, can't find replacements anywhere.

I painted that car for like 1200 bucks about 4 years ago. That's why it's not show quality
