I need some real help setting up my boat. I pretty much have everything but need some help as it is a bare hull and everything has to be installed and fabbed inside it. Are there any boat clubs in the area?

Can someone tell me some things about this system? I got my RC10 in a trade and it is the first and only RC I have had, but hope change that soon. For now though,

This battery plug. Is this a battery for the steering/radio to be used separate from the main battery pack? Mine has never had an additional battery pack. What does it look like? Will it be a noticeable increase its speed or just run time?

How about these settings for "high" & "neutral" What are these for?

The servo was never mounted well. It had some little plastic blocks mounted to the chassis and servo but they were badly misaligned. I smashed into a curb today and destroyed them so now I am looking for another way to mount the servo. Any idea why the previous owner came up with this wonky bent threaded rod for the steering linkage? How should this look?

When it comes to custom setups the look isn't important. As long as it works. ...how it looks doesn't matterOriginally posted by Frank View PostCan someone tell me some things about this system? No not even close. Paid $3 sqft for the materials, some floor leveler, few tools and did the labor myself. I think it was around $1000 total for everything. It is the 10m thick with the padding already attached. Just had to put down a vapor barrier and install the planks.Originally posted by inline 6 View PostOn a side note those floors look like they may cost around 10k, no?
