I have no doub it sounds spectacular. I am a big believer in 3-way front stages. I have done quite a few in Mustangs. I just use the stock 6.5"in the door and build kick pannels to hold a 4 or 5.25 and a tweeter. Of course on stick cars it kinda sucks because uoy have no dead pedal.
And not bashing on the car, I would trade a body part for it.

So let me revise my statement. If it were MY car I would put stock pannels back in and do a simple two way setup. This is all I did on my last Fox:

Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Laser, If you noticed the passives, I'm running technically a 4 way setup, (3 way electronic + 1 passive. Those 5.38s are about as deep as a 6.5, and I had 6.5 kicks in my 86 and we didn't want to deal with kicking them with the clutch.. Plus as you know the wood cabinet in the panel acts as a chamber for the speaker instead of the free air door, which makes it hit harder and cleaner.

They may be a little over the top, but so is the whole damn car. Tried to stick with a theme for a crazy street car... Not lot of people throw Zo6 money at an old busted fox body. Looking back on it we both regret it (me with the 86), but back in 2k when we did it, you couldn't buy anything fast from the showroom under 100k...

Thanks again for all the comments. Hope to have it tuned and running 100% by the end of the year. Hope to have it at many shows and gtg's next spring.
