OK, I see what you guys are saying now.......him moving the camera around while filming the other screen is what makes it appear to be moving left to right and zooming in and out. I have had several security systems and none had that ability so that is what made me think otherwise. All makes sense now.

Seriously? The home owner took video of their monitor/tv playing the video of the cop killing their dog... Looks to be with a Cell Phone due to the way the screen is chopped on the left and right... The Audio is the peoples kids in the background and the owners themselves...

Notice how the date and time displayed on the TV/Video doesn't move when the camera moves?

Its such a pain in the ass to get video off of some systems. I had to find a random program to encapsulate the archived files.

Pretty much, it seems that municipalities hire anyone with a pulse these days.

At least with true street thugs, you know what to expect. Police officers (Jack Booted Thugs) are supposed to be trusted with our safety and lives, yeah right...

Often, more untrustworthy because you are trained to trust them whereas you don't have that conditioning with strangers.

Just through my training at the fire academy and my volunteer firefighting, I get to hear the stories these idiots tell and obvious pain that they take pride in giving people.. It gives them something to live for since most their lives are miserable..

To take the video explination one step further - Youtube has a feature where if you have a shaky video (Like from a hand held cell phone). it can stabilize the video for you.

So, like said above, it's a security cam video playing on a monitor then bieng recorded on a cell phone, then hosted to youtube.
