                at a dealership, sure. We get a lot of cars/trucks that get shipping damages that would normally be repaired and sold, but they are not titleable and must be disabled.

                      It depends on the damages, I used to fix a lot of Hondas for their shipping dept. I fixed quite a few GMs too. I fixed a NSX that was shipped to me in the factory crate once now that I think of it. They all had lots of rules, couldn't be major damage.

                        I bet the imports work a bit different. I've seen gms that needed just a fender in our yard.

                        We got a few Nissan's that ripped/bent the tie Downs, you wouldn't have ever known it if you weren't told to look.

                              Had a Civic that nosed off a loader that bent a frame rail. It was just a few mils but it was off. The shipping manager got super pissed when I told him it was bent, he made us measure it 3 times. Lol, now looking back I see what he was pissed aout but had no clue then.
