In the first vid, it sounds like your clutch may be slipping a hair in 3rd gear. What kind of power are you making and what kind of tire are you running? I know when I hit my 03 from a 30-35 roll, it's instant tire spin from the Nitto NT05r's and all I can handle to keep it pointed straight.

clutch wasnt slipping i spun through first and peddled it a little in second till it hooked i run a 275/50-15 m/t drag radial and have a fidanza 4.3 clutch i make 603hp 589 tq on pump gas
