C) With all that being said they shouldn't have him in that environment knowing how he is.

That whole situation is fucked. The daycare, parents, kid, kids being beat.

The parents are pieces of shit that are raising a criminal for sure, but I'm not sure they can be charged for his actions. If a 16 year old kid kills someone I don't think they charge the parents with murder.

If one of those kicks were to some how have crushed a windpipe or caused death in some other manner, I don't think that the parents could be charged with anything, as he was not under their supervision at the time. Unfortunately poor parenting isn't in and of itself a criminal offense.

I watched it again, and caught where the reporter said that the aunt claimed that the daycare should be shut down. Typical lack of personal responsibility and blame shifting.

I don't necessarily agree with the charges against the daycare worker, unless there is evidence that she heard or saw any of this. The little punk knew eactly what he was doing was wrong, and was doing his best to conceal it.

I agree, he waited until her back was turned to do the things he did, I didn't see where she was intentionally ignoring his actions or anything like that. I kind of feel bad for her that what this little asshole did got HER put in jail. If anything maybe the daycare should be fined for not having enough staff on hand to catch this shit. I know there's a law for kid to adult ratio for daycares, but I don't know what it is.

And I don't buy for one second that this kid is doing any of this because of whatever problems he has that he takes meds for. This behavior is something he learned at home.

After reading the posts I am glad I can't see the video. Also thankful that my mother in law is retiring to watch our youngin for us so we won't have to deal with day-care. When my wife is not there our child will get the benefit of an old generation family upbringing.

I am thankful everyday my kids never had to go to daycare or be looked after by anyone but family. This shit is probably more common than anyone thinks.
