I had to bring a suit against Frank Parra in Irving for not honoring my warranty when I had an optispark rotor come loose. The service manager told me that all cyilnders on Bank 1 were less than 50psi and the car needed a rebuild and to supply them with a credit card number so they could start. They blamed it on the LT4 heads that were on the car at the time. It took three letters from a lawyer before dumbfuck admitted on the phone to the lawyer that the car did not need a rebuild and what mods were done to the car had nothing to do with the problem. Lawyer swooped on that, GM still stonewalled for three months. Court date was set and they settled a week before trial.

That sucks, but I see all kinds of fucking idiot service guys beat the shit out of cars and trucks all day everyday. They just got caught....stupid fucks.

The clutch was hot due to the fact that customer probably wasn't hard on the car. Then this water head that drives a Jeep gets into a 40,000 dollar car and beat the piss out of it.
