That dual rear wheel conversion is a great concept for vans. The high C/G when loaded makes 'em particularly susceptible to roll over accidents...the additional width on the rear axle reduces the possibility significantly.

I'm at discount tire getting the trucks tires rotated when this thing pulled in. And yes the woman drove it in like this, and only wanted one tire And she made a scene about it. They would only work on it if she bought a new set of rims and tires, I would have refused to help her. Next time she gets a nail in the tire she's going to ruin another tire and rim
