Like a thief would never kick in a door yelling police? Even with someone screaming that, you still don't know what is on the other side of the door. It did not look justified to me, that cop is a murderer IMO. Killing someone over a golf club in their own home? Bullshit.

You guys got it all wrong, they dress up in all that shit just to play commando, you don't actually expect them to execute like a real soldier would, do you?

Besides, why would you expect anything different when they know the local government will cover for them? It is easier just to shoot the guy, then lie and say that you thought he was a threat for whatever made up reason.

Not in the slightest, I said the department/county needed better trained people covering the situation. Having people that poorly trained has to obviously be a liability at some point. It sucks but this is going to be tasking court resources for no other reason than doing everything politically correct.

On the flip side of the story you have a trained team going in and he lives, also again tying up the courts and justice as a whole. I think you misunderstood the intent of my post. (or maybe not) There were only two outcomes from this situation and neither of them work out well cause when police shoot there is inevitable tax dollars spent trying to sort out the event.

In this situation assuming what's shown is true, money needs to be spent to continue training in these high pressure/stress situations so that the accidental deaths do not happen.
