This car belongs to a good friend of mine who is a 1st Gen Camaro collector....he's an older dude, and hugely talented mechanic....over ~30 years racing experience. This is one that he built as a "street toy" several years back, but never really did much with it...and apparently has decided to put it on the market. I almost bought it from him several years ago myself, probably should have.
It's been higher 6's, but never left hard or turned all the way up b/c it hasn't been down the track on anything but drag radials....and has no cage. I've personally seen this thing put down 630hp and a little over 700tq to the tires....so I know it has a better pass in it.
I could put in the classifieds for him, but meh....here's a link that also contains links to pics and a video....if anyone knows someone looking for a clean 68'.
