Why the hate? A hot rod should SOUND GOOD too. Unfortunately with the coyote you get a sewing-machine smooth idle with an obnoxious rasp at high RPMs. Adding loud exhaust just moves the exhaust sound into dump truck territory, which isn't very flattering.

It's a full tune, plus the idle. Used to have to change cam or cams to get better performance and the big cam sound.
