Do yall really put Sriracha on mexican food?

I have not ever had "salsa" from a bottle that is worth a shit so unless it is homemade I will not eat salsa at home.
I do use hot sauce/salsa picante at the house, either Valentina or San Luis

I don't put sriracha on mexican food, but the tread title and the contents of the tread were two separate things. Salsa = dip for chips and shit. hot sauce = tapatio, cholula, sriracha, sambal, etc...

I went to an entire store of bottled hot sauces (The Pepper Palace) last time I was in New Orleans. My two favorites were

Who Dat Hot Sauce, an annoyingly named yet surprisingly tasty sauce based on mustard, with a heavy smoke flavor, and cayenne and chipotle. Its really mild.

Choot 'Em Hot Sauce, a vinegar based sauce with cayenne, black pepper, thyme, oregano, bay leaf and garlic. This one is pretty hot and has a great flavor.

Of course I also have Sriracha and Tobasco in the fridge. I don't care much for Tapatio, I find it kind of bland actually.
